High Pressure
Cylinder filling
plants:
We
have automated six
high pressure
industrial gases
plants with multi-gas
mixing stations and
fully unattended tank
farms. Our mass-flow
metering system can
perform precise mixing
into individual,
palletized, or ganged
cylinders. The
automated pump
controls and the
process logging and
supervision system
complete the plant.
Soon, we will offer an
unattended QC
analyzer/logger and a
fully automated
palletizer/depalletizer
which sorts empty
cylinders for filling
and full cylinders for
shipping.
We should also mention
our automation of a
unique acetylene
filling plant that
fills cylinders in
pallet sized batches.
It includes our
acetoning workstations
that optimize the
efficiency of
acetylene cylinders.
Supercritical CO2:
The interest of many
industries in using
this excellent blowing
agent and
super-solvent has been
stifled by its strange
and hostile behavior.
We have developed
unique processes and
designs for
successfully handling
and dosing this
difficult fluid in
various applications.
QC Lab Integration:
Most QC laboratories
are equipped with a
variety of instruments
from diverse
manufacturers. In most
cases, technicians
spend more than half
of their time noting
results on paper and
transcribing these to
computer systems or
reports. We have
integrated tens of
labs with computerized
systems that
facilitate data
collection, log the
data into statistical
databases, and produce
reports and
certificates
automatically.
Precision Robotics:
We have implemented a
variety of motion
systems for scanning,
targeting, and imaging
systems. Our
capability of
combining precision
with substantial loads
and high speed has
solved many in-plant
QC problems for our
clients.
Precision mixing
and blending:
Our inline mixing and
blending systems are
used by a variety of
industries to deliver
fluid mixes at
constant pressure and
proportions into many
processes. We have
perfected our
techniques to provide
continuous year round
flows with total
safety under extreme
