Turnkey Projects: In most cases, we handle the entire project from initial design to commissioning. We have a reputation for always being on schedule and on budget. Our team has successfully brought tens of plants on stream.

Operational Analysis: We have conducted many studies and built computer simulations aimed at optimizing plant designs and efficiency. We are not fixated on technological solutions and investing in new machinery. We believe in total solutions that look at workflow, layout, manpower, bottlenecks and logistics.  

Process Engineering: We can design the equipment, consult with the clients' engineers, prototype, build, test, and startup most fluid handling processes. We are particularly focused, however, on challenging flow conditions. That is why we work extensively in cryogenics, high-pressure, and supercritical, corrosive, and/or highly flammable fluids.

Process Automation: Our team works with a variety of PC and PLC based automation solutions. We also implement MMI (Man-Machine-Interface) systems including remotely controlled sites that are literally at the other end of the earth. Our systems are always designed to work unattended, fully "validated" and remotely maintained.

Robotics: Handling materials with extreme precision and performing repetitive delicate operations quietly and safely are our areas of expertise in robotics. Our know-how in advanced vision systems and computerized guidance algorithms resulted in may successful systems. 

Information Technology: Plant level information systems are evolving from the MRP and ERP mindset to reach into the actual operation with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). We have integrated  many plants with data flowing from control equipment, scanners, and operator inputs directly into the administrative side of the system.
