Synthetic Air System

Description

Using compressors to fill high pressure cylinders with breathing air is very common. This method, however, entails many risks of contamination that are difficult to eliminate despite the most stringent Quality Assurance systems.

Our solution mixes pure nitrogen and oxygen; continuously and with great precision, into a high pressure storage buffer. 

In a typical installation, the high pressure sources of O2 and N2 are traditional configurations of cryogenic tanks, pumps and vaporizers.

The standalone PLC driven system performs continuous auto-calibration and self diagnostics. Its unique multi-stage safety and QC architecture provides the best Quality Assurance at less than half the cost of a compressor based system.

An optional MMI (Man Machine Interface) package is available. It allows trending, loop-tuning, and data-logging from a remote PC.
