When filling cylinders with more than one gas, the conventional ramps found in most Industrial / Medical gas plants, are labor intensive, very unproductive and lack precision.

Our filling workstations are PC based and use mass-flowmeters to fill any multi-gas mix with a precision of 0.1%.

The user friendly software allows the operator to fill in batches of one to 16 cylinders at a time and can handle palletized or individual cylinders.

A positive identification interlock prevents filling the wrong types of gases into the cylinders. Also, self-diagnostics routines check for leaks, pressure limits, and equipment conditions.
