Description

The unattended and automated filling of trailers for cryogenic products requires constant monitoring of pressure and flow and knowledge of the capacities and on-road weight limitations. 

The system is compatible with both weight scales and mass-flowmeters. It uses a database of trailers and tractors to determine the fill quantity and monitors the optimum filling of the trailer with minimal operator intervention. It can also adjust the content for specific road weight limitations. And, of course, it does the paperwork once the loading is completed.

When complemented with our automated QC system, the analysis certificate for the load can be completed on the spot.

The standalone PLC driven system can fill 8 trucks simultaneously. Its unique multi-stage safety architecture prevents accidental spills and minimizes venting losses.

Its MMI (Man Machine Interface) package, running on a remote PC, allows operator setups, data-logging, database maintenance, and report generation.

A secure key-lock variant of this system permits customers to load their own trailers using smart card technology.
