This innovative design doses acetone into acetylene cylinders with precision.

Its automatic sensing determines the residual acetylene in the cylinders (by pressure and temperature). This brings the dosing of acetone to within 0.1 lbs of the rated capacity and optimizes the filling of the cylinder.

A batching capability calculates the quantity to be filled for each group of cylinders. This helps in better scheduling and timing fills. A Weighing out feature permits precise calculation of content and logging production.

The PLC / PC based system performs many auto-calibration and self diagnostics and detects leaks in cylinders. Its purged enclosure and intrinsically safe instruments comply fully with electrical codes and NFPA guidelines. An optional server package is available to allow integration with filling supervision systems and for reporting.
